Claims and Complaints

We know that in the unfortunate event of a claim having to be made, you will of course, want matters dealt with quickly and efficiently to reduce the impact a loss may have on the day-to-day running of your business.  At One Risk, we help all our clients through the claims process from initial intimation to final settlement.  Our experienced staff will ensure that claims are reported to the insurers promptly, with a view to securing a quick and satisfactory settlement on your behalf, wherever possible.

An additional support to our clients is our Claims Assist Service which can be purchased for a small additional premium to provide a dedicated and independent loss adjuster service for complicated claims in excess of £5,000. Please contact our team for further information.

We aim to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times, but if you need to complain and you are not satisfied with our response you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
